Refund policy

Introduction

Hivemind offers refunds in certain situations. If you're entitled to a refund, contact our support team and we’ll follow up with you.

When refunds are granted:

If you were just charged for your next month of Hivemind CRM, Hive leads and Mastermind but you meant to cancel, we're happy to refund that charge.

If you've purchased an annual plan and decided to cancel, contact us within 30 days of the purchase and we'll offer you a full refund.

Refunds are not automated. You must contact Hivemind Support to request a refund.

When refunds aren't granted

If you purchased an annual plan more than 30 days ago, we’ll credit your Hivemind account for the remaining balance of your annual plan. Hivemind does not offer refunds past the 30-day point.

Dispute Resolution and Contact Information:

In the event you have any concerns or issues with a transaction or product, we strongly encourage you to contact our customer support team before initiating a chargeback. We are committed to resolving any disputes amicably and swiftly. Our dedicated support team is available 7AM - 4PM PST Monday through Friday, you can reach out by sending a SMS to 210-972-1842 or an email to admin@hivemindcrm.io, and they are equipped to address your concerns promptly.

Chargeback as a Last Resort:

Please be aware that initiating a chargeback should be considered a last resort. Chargebacks can be a time-consuming and costly process for both parties, and they can have negative consequences for your credit history. Instead, we urge you to contact us directly, and we will make every effort to provide a satisfactory resolution.

Documentation Requirement:

If you do proceed with a chargeback, please note that we will cooperate fully and provide all necessary documentation to dispute the claim. This may include transaction records, communication logs, and proof of delivery. We reserve the right to present this information to the relevant financial institution to contest the chargeback.

Right to Legal Action:

We reserve the right to pursue legal action in response to unwarranted chargebacks, which may result in further costs and consequences for the initiator.

Ultimately, we believe in good faith and open communication. We are dedicated to customer satisfaction and will make every effort to resolve disputes efficiently and equitably. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in working with us directly to address any concerns.
